Fluid to Make Waves

And the water was where I was standing, in a river where two diverging paths became one. Bubbling and flowing around me, I let go of everything I was holding onto into this healing place and a peace enfolded me.
I was reminded that many paths lead to the source, whatever that Source may be, separate paths converge to diverge again, naturally.
After being so much like air and earth lately, I am reminded to become more fluid again like this powerful flowing river.

I fill myself with the essence of what is the surrounding environment. The trees and plants nourished by the water that flows fluidly, moving over the rocks and earth that become eroded by continual movement. The wood, trees and plants providing home and food for the animals and insects to survive upon. My totem hawk flying above representing my free spirit, in the air that gives breath to life, with the fiery Sun beaming down.

All elements are needed to sustain an ecosystem. As a small piece of the whole, becoming one with the environment, whatever it may be, brings clarity and purity.

As I’m meditating in the tranquility, I remember that becoming like water means letting go of attachment to desires, wants, needs, possibilities and outcomes to allow the flow to lead me where I’m meant to go. Flowing around obstacles fluidly creates peace of mind. Rather than resisting or turning away, which feeds energy to what’s not working, I choose to see life for how it exists right now.

Going through my Saturn return over the past year and a half have been what I would call a shift in the way I perceive my outer world. Rather than “trying” , which is a futile term, to manifest all of my separate visions and dreams into existence, I am learning to create by simply being.
My inner world has been fortified with truth, which becomes fluid as I evolve more fully into the potential that exists. I realize with new inward learning that it’s not about my belief in my dreams and goals or the outer reality, it’s my belief in myself.

I fully believe in me.

A deep truth, overlaid by the deeper truth derived from all the inner work I’ve done over the years. One that is unshakeable in its very core.

That truth is

I accept and love what is, life, living, being…….

Like the many states of water, I may continually shift, evolve and change, yet, my essence will always remain the same. Understood by the outer world or not. No thing, no one, no experience will ever shake it, it’s found outside all ego attachment and identity defined through outer means. It is a presence within that is continually unfolding like a lotus blossoming. As this never-ending flower of self unfurls gorgeous petals, I reinforce my truth …

I love my life, it’s perfect right now and continually blows my mind with organic beauty that is a flow. Exploring this creation I have…. being, here, now, continuously with gratitude for living. The same source of consciousness that resides in me resides in everything.

Which one do I desire to be today ; )

While my purpose is to attain higher consciousness and a comprehension of the bigger picture.
I also have to understand the notion that.
I am human.
A Human, with emotions,
varying along the spectrum.
I am not always perfect by societal standards, yet, I am perfect in my learning about self and others.
I accept that everything that happens is meant to, for cultivation, growth and re-calibration in re-creating.

In being human, I have recognized distinctive qualities of myself surface at different times. Either a situation, person, or an emotional reaction brings about these characteristics.
I realize that whether they are deemed acceptable is beyond me, in this strive for higher consciousness I have to

own all parts of me.

I accept and love me,

unconditionally…

Because I like to make life fun and interesting, I have personified the different facets of my being.
Like the elements, these parts of me are the earth, fire, water and air of myself.

Annabella:

Fire qualities. Feisty and fiery, she is a little warrioress with a sharpness of tongue. Rebellious, rambunctious and passionate, her spirit has been strengthened through tumultuous experiences.

Celeste:

Air qualities. She is esoteric, airy and dreamy, her head tends to be high in the clouds. Floating around somewhere in the etheric, her thoughts pertain to universal and cosmic awareness. She is outlandish, giving rise to idiosyncracies and uniqueness.

Aurora:

Water qualities. She is flowing, empathic, compassionate and understanding. Encompasses a mentality of accepting whatever life is bringing. Positive and inspiring, she makes for interesting company.

Persephone:

Earth qualities. She is grounded, introverted, calm and contemplative. Quietly thoughtful and observant, she has a deep understanding of human nature. Quite meditative in her approach to life and others.

We are all products of life and society.
After experiencing suffering and injustice in life, barriers of mistrust can be created.
What I have witnessed so often is that we can sometimes
anticipate hostility.

Collectively.

Since most people have experienced pain, hurt and trauma in some manner, these wounds manifest individually in varying ways….
patterns that become prevailing in our society.
Becoming being wary of one another, not knowing if we can trust that others have good intentions.
While living in conditions of feeling that we have to be a certain way to feel accepted

Ego barriers that block us from seeing

love.

Before I go, I would like to pose questions for you to ponder upon.

What would it feel like to live in a society where the main tenets were support, encouragement and appreciation, rather than the judgement, criticism and blame that is so prevalent?

Imagine for a minute, how it would feel, to know that you were always accepted for every part of your being?

No matter what

Earth’s Cry

“Treat the earth well: it was not given to you by your parents, it was loaned to you by your children. We do not inherit the Earth from our Ancestors, we borrow it from our Children.

~ancient indian proverb

Let me tell you

a message I have been gifted……

While in the tropical islands, I had decided to go on a pilgrimage for a couple of hours. Walking through green, lush and flourishing jungle, with thick moist soil under my feet, the plants were living and breathing beside me. The smell was green and damp with the jungle’s spirit.
In the distance powerful surges could be felt by the ocean rolling its way onto the sands.

I was following a path where everything was tingling intensely with life. Birds were chirping their call, while fire ants were lining the path to collectively build their communities.
Quietly, a space of awe was created within me, becoming a part of this ecosystem.

I looked around me within such breathtaking beauty to see plastic bottles and garbage littering.

Collecting, accumulating, not decomposing.

In such natural wonders, I had to question why?

Why?

Why?

It brought up sadness within me, for what we are doing to our beautiful earth. After witnessing so much pollution, and the unconscious way that our earth is being dumped upon and taken from.

My eyes starting watering, tears dripping down into the dirt,
and then I heard loudly from

Earth

“If things continue to transpire this way, I will become nothing more than a ravaged wasteland.

I am giving you a warning:

Humanity will be forsaken, if you don’t learn to work with me,
do not underestimate my power to cleanse you and your destruction from me.

This is my cry for help to you, little one

Take my message through your weeping to all those who will heed and help.
There is not much time to undertake the undoing of what has been ruined.”

I call upon you humanity,

this is beyond crisis,

and world calamity,

this is us being a parasite upon which we are reliant.

Our waters are polluted with chemicals and sewage, making our oceans and freshwater lakes ruined.
Lands are strewn with plastic and inorganic material, leaving the earth more waste. Animals and wildlife are becoming extinct, the way we treat them is sometimes sickening.

Our air is tainted with the highest CO2 levels on record, that level is rising. Without regulations, people are sick in third world cities from the high levels of pollution in the air.

Deforestation.
Desertification

Heavy metal toxicity in our soil is preventing us from gaining proper nutrients in our food.

This list can go on and on, yet focusing on the problems will not solve them.

“Problems cannot be solved by the same level of thinking that created them.”
~ Albert Einstein

Whatever you believe in, the state of humanity and our Earth is in peril.

Corporations due to consumerism, are ravaging their marks upon our Earth.
While half as much is not being replanted, restored or recycled.

This is far beyond sustainability, its time for us to reclaim our earth for the future of humanity.

An old Native American adage says that

“Whatever is taken from the earth, is to be given back.”

And still I hear~

“It’s not my problem or issue”

If we keep taking that kind of stance, what kind of world will be left for our future generations?

There are soulutions, and ways to undo this.

With technology comes responsibility, the responsibility of educating properly.

If we are these powers, then let’s set an example for the world. It’s up to us first world countries to teach and implement new systems of cleaning the air, cleaning the water, and planting more trees ad foods, taking care of the earth and her creatures.

Living sustainably upon her.

Worldly, consciously, a reciprocal approach, for we are all students and teachers upon our Earth.
