5 of My Prenatal Daily Must Haves

I want to preface this with of course being pregnant one should be taking their prenatal vitamins with methylated folate (not folic acid), EPA and DHA and getting enough iron and choline.

I will do a separate post on foods and more!

Having taken most of the 5 I’m stating for years before conceiving, it’s in my opinion that these I’ve listed are less known yet vital to building blocks for baby and mama’s health and well being.

πˆπŽπƒπˆππ„- There are many ways to get Iodine, some of the major ways are seaweed, fish, dairy, eggs, chicken and more. I take a supplement daily which helps with my energy as well. Ingesting Iodine before and during pregnancy is associated with higher IQ and health for baby.

π‘π„πˆπ’π‡πˆ- A mushroom that is beneficial for the immune system and energy levels, in Taoism and TCM they are one of the most beneficial mushrooms to take and there is a term β€œReishi Babies” for the calm and centered babies whose mama’s took Reishi while pregnant. Can be taken many ways including as a tea.

π‚πŽπ‹π‹π€π†π„π- A building block for mama and baby, building skin, bones and cartilage along with placenta building and full of vitamins. There are many ways to get collagen, from Marine collagen, to collagen peptides to Bone Broth (I make mine homemade but you can buy at the store too!)

ππ‘πŽππˆπŽπ“πˆπ‚π’- Mama’s microbiome has a direct relationship with baby’s microbiome which is formed in utero. The microbiome is the gut health and determines baby’s mood, health and more! So give that baby and yourself all the good bugs you can. There are many sources of probiotics, I love raw milk kefir and sauerkraut, along with taking a supplement and drinking probiotic rich drinks.

π‚πŽπ‚πŽππ”π“ πŽπˆπ‹ & π€π•πŽπ‚π€πƒπŽπ’- I add virgin coconut oil to my coffee or tea daily and notice an increase in energy. It helps combat morning sickness and is good for the skin and so much more! Avocados have a similar effect and eating 1/2- 1 a day feels nourishing to the body and baby.

6 Immune Boosts to protect against Coronavirus

A quick post to give 6 simple health measure to take amidst the Coronavirus.

Other than the obvious of washing your hands and not spreading bodily fluids and covering the mouth when you cough.
This post is 6 simple things you can do to reinforce your immune system against threat of the Coronavirus.
First of all, do not allow yourself to go into panic or fear, that attacks the amygdala and puts the body into fight or flight response, which lowers your immune function.

Also, eating plant based and protein based foods will keep you in better health. Here are some supplements, foods and info to boost the immune system to naturally guard yourself.

VITAMIN C

Vitally important. Taking 1,500 to 2,000 Mg a day can greatly improve your immune function. Eating foods high in vit c like oranges and kiwi are beneficial.

VITAMIN D 

Affects key cells of the immune system. Taking 40-80 iu a day can boost the immune system or eating foods like eggs, fish, cereals, nut and soy milks, mushrooms and more.

MUSHROOMS

There are many that have been touted as immune boosters. These include Shiitake, Reishi, Maitake, Cordyceps, Lion’s Mane and more. You can find in capsule form, or make a tea from the dried form, or cook with them for delicious mushroom rich dishes.

TURMERIC

Taken in conjunction with bioperine (black pepper) it is an immune booster that is also an anti-inflammatory. You can find it as a spice to cook with, make golden milk with it or take it in capsule form.

REST and WATER

Get plenty of rest and hydration. Both of which reduce oxidative stress which can lead to lower immune response.

EXERCISE and BREATHING

Boosting the body’s oxygen intake can greatly improve the immune function. Exercising and moving the body along with taking deep, oxygen rich breaths are important. You can also take deep, purifying breaths in, imagining the body carrying the oxygen (or light) into all of your cells, and on the out breath releasing any stress, fear or negativity your body, organs, cells and being is carrying.

7 Tips for an Empath

When I first wrote about being an empath, there wasn’t much on the internet sans a few articles. I have come to much of my own discoveries though trial and error, which has been a dazzling, intenseΒ process.

I’m just scratching the surface with this as this blog is my service. I have yet to make money off of it, the ads come from WordPress, not me. To clarify, being an empath is different from being empathetic. All humans have empathy and can be empathetic, unless they’re a psychopath. Where as empaths literally take on what has and is happening around them, including from others. Like a mirror to the environment they can feel people, places and events, even things that may be hidden, transforming the energy to higher vibrations. If you’re an empath know that fortifying yourself inwardly is where your true power lies and that your gift will develop to more than being an empath over time.

There are many skeptics in the world and people in status quo mindset and trying to explain what being an empath is can be futile, for you may be laughed at, as I have. Ironically, the same people who used to make fun of me, now copy off of me and my lifestyle. So, don’t let other people’s opinions of you make you become withdrawn, especially if you can feel their energies towards you and they’re not positive. You are an alluring, magnetic light with an amazing ability. Use it to empower and charge you and those around you. Just know that you know. You may attract people and become a trusted confidant, creating influence in individual and group connections, which I have seen in my own experience. I hope to see more scientific, metaphysical and psychological research into empaths in our upcoming future.

1. ENVIRONMENT:

World-Environment-Day

It is easy for empaths to adapt because of the ability to assimilate to the environment, making travel easy. Because empaths reflect others, getting sucked into other people’s fields and intentions can happen, discern the energies so as not to get swayed into something that goes against your principles. When out in public, hold and impress energy instead of always reflecting the environment. Once able to hold, presence becomes more purified, brilliant and stronger as the ability develops. Grounding and exercise are vital to finding peace within chaos and empaths tend to feel EMF’s. Be in nature if you feel bombarded.Β It’s understandable empaths may feel distracted even labeled add, adhd or other labels.

If you’re taking something on of someone’s Β and it’s uncomfortable, you can notice it and don’t have to absorb it or play it out. It’s not yours to become. Of course we can sense douchebagery, bullshit, superficiality and misaligned intentions a mile away. That’s ok. Certain people may loathe you because of this, don’t take that on either. Just know others have their journey and stuff to work through, even if you can sense it, it’s not yours to judge. Instead, have compassion if you can.

2. PROCESSING:

Empaths may need more sleep than average because of the processing that is done in sleep and the levels we take on energy. Empaths mayΒ also be more in tune with other worlds, in dreamtime or even waking time. My brilliant teachers said, I travel the Lokas, or other worlds. If you’re an empath and working in these realms, our language is limited in these arenas, again, that’s ok, you know what is being worked on in those levels.Β When you need the hibernation and internalizing time, don’t be afraid to state that and set proper boundaries.Β Since we have such a caring nature it can also take a toll on our life force if our energy and boundaries are not properly respected.

3. SUBSTANCES:

Be aware with substances. Because empaths are such high level processors of the environment and the influx of thoughts and energy it’s easy to want to mask that with alcohol or other substances. EmpathsΒ will take on the energy of whatever is being ingested if not careful, so it’s easy to become what you’re drinking, smoking, taking, eating, etc. There is a reason they call alcohol spirits, because the energy or β€œspirits” of it are not always the most pleasant. As many people do not understand empaths, you need to know this for yourself because the explanations won’t be understood as to why your behavior may change. Moderation is KEY. Positive energy or blessing what you take can help.

4. BE IN YOUR BODY:

High vibrational energizing activities can bring your life force back into focus.Β Connect with someone who can understand if you need to be recharged and need positive encouragement. Other ways to be in your body or engage in the present are creative projects. Organizing. Painting. Cooking. Plant life like botanical gardens. Gong baths. Mantras. Sacred places. Music. Animals. Being around children. Foods. Yoga. SALT baths. Energy work like Reiki or Acupuncture. Parties. Exercise. Ocean. Nourishing, raw foods. Nature. Anything that brings you joy. Dancing. Laughing. Intimacy. Conversation. Connecting. Meditation. Making love. 1 glass of wine, in moderation πŸ˜‰

5. CLEARING:

Many empaths are natural healers and find themselves drawn to their innate healing abilities. They may need to disengage to clear the energy they have taken on, at times, and have their space feel energetically safe. Sage is one of my favorite ways to cleanse unwanted energies over the past 10 years of burning it. Essential oils like frankincense and peppermint are really great for shifting denser vibrations into higher ones and releasing any energy that you may have taken on. Some nights IΒ  douse my bed in lavender or frankincense spray before I get in it so that my sleep is restful and clearing. Crystals can help pull things out of the body when I lay them on me. Especially after driving in LA traffic πŸ˜‰

If you’re feeling uncomfortable or heavy with someone or something else’s energy intend on it to be released and somehow, some way it will. Love is a vibration that sets everything free. I will give an easy meditation in a video next post for easy release.

When you’ve taken something on visualize it burning out with a violet flame that purifies everything on all levels.

6. PROTECT:

To protect your energy: Visualize a light coming out of either your head or your heart depending on what suits you until it envelopes your energy in an orb around you. My profound teacher, who is also an empath said to visualize golden light around you before you leave your house every morning.Β Once you have fortified your inner light you will be effervescent in your ability to understand and use your gift. For in it’s essence, it is a gift. And you can beam that gift forward into the universe to impress upon it instead of it always impressing upon you.

7. TUNE IN:

My gift has manifested in a very clear voice, sometimes images, that knows. Learning to listen to it has been a lesson.Β On subtle levels we know what we need to give, or not give. Tune in and trust. If you’re an empath and have taken something on, feel into it, it may have a vision, feeling, thought or smell to it. Focus and see what it carries and the energy, thenΒ breathe light into it and LET IT GO.

As my fabulous teacher said “Do not allow yourself to become a victim to it. Find something to ground yourself into your body and bring joy to you”

Antibiotics ie. Anti-Life kill all bacteria, healthy and unhealthy. When one is uninformed of the adverse effects of antibiotics, it can lead to autoimmune disorders through the eradication of healthy flora (bacteria) in the digestive track and other areas of the body.

If you’re prescribed antibiotics it’s important to ingest sources of probiotics afterwards. Including ones you can buy in capsule form or eating foods like Yogurt, Kefir, fermented veggies ie. Kim Chee, Sauerkraut, or drinking Kombucha, or Raw Apple Cider vinegar.

Our bodies are meant to heal themselves and when out of balance or deficient it makes it difficult. In order for the whole to heal, homeostasis is imperative. Over the years the information I’ve come across leads right back to the digestive track if not in good health, disease is the result.

Here are some natural antibiotics that may already be found in your kitchen.

Grapefruit Seed Extract (GSE):

A study from The Journal of Alternative and Complementary Medicine found that “grapefruit-seed extract was effective in killing over “800 bacterial and viral strains, 100 strains of fungus, and a large number of single and multi-celled parasites.”Β² No other naturally-occuring anti-microbial can come close to these results.”
Grapefruit seed extract is a natural antiseptic, anti-fungal and anti-viral. With an amazing array of antioxidant properties which neutralize free radicals. GSE helps the body to defend itself through proper immune function, while alkilizing naturally. It inhibits the growth of Candida, Giardia and other harmful intestinal issues and keeps healthy Flora intact.

Raw Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV):

Taken once or twice a day as a shot, it’s one of my all time favorites as a cure-all. The benefits range from antiseptic, antibiotic, weight loss, arthritis, cholesterol, skin disorders, sinuses, anti-aging and much more.
 ACV is a great detox for the body and can also be used as an astringent topically.

Honey:

The healing properties of honey are numerous, the best source of honey is raw and Manuka Honey from New Zealand is said to have the strongest curative properties. It’s suggested that honey has antimicrobial, anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory and antiseptic action against certain spectrums of bacteria and fungi. Topically applied, honey releases H2O2, evidence shows that most strains of harmful bacteria die in the presence of oxygen or hydrogen peroxide.

Raw Garlic:

When crushed or chewed raw garlic has a property called allicin which has high amounts of anti-viral and anti-bacterial properties. Garlic helps with a myriad of diseases and assists in colds and flu, it can be applied topically as well. Along with the family of onions it’s used as a cancer preventative.

Colloidal Silver:

“Colloidal silver has been recognised as a powerful, natural antibiotic.Β Research has shown that it works by acting as a catalyst, disabling the enzyme that single-celled bacteria, fungi and viruses require for the metabolism of oxygen.Β This then suffocates the invading cell whilst doing no harm to any human enzymes, resulting in the removal of disease-causing organisms from the body.”
Colloidal silver dates back centuries with a long history for its healing benefits. It’s reported to heal many infections and used as a natural antibiotic and defense for the body.

Pau D’arco:

Pau D’arco comes from the inner bark of trees from South America. This bark is said to be an antioxidant, antiparasitic, anti-inflammatory and antiviral. It is effective in healing Candida and different bacterial strains including staph and strep. Easily brewed in a tea form it also helps the body ward off colds and the flu.

Olive Leaf:

A unique plant with multi-faceted applications. Olive leaf is therapeutic towards many common ailments. Many scientific studies have been conducted investigating the extract’s properties against virus, retrovirus, bacterium and protozoan. “Research suggests that olive leaf may be a true anti-viral compound because it appears to selectively block an entire virus-specific system in the infected host.” Amongst others, some benefits of olive leaf are; supporting the immune system, energy production, healthy blood circulation and cardiovascular.

Turmeric & Cayenne:

Two personal favorites of the spice cabinet. Cayenne’s health benefits are numerous, it works as an anti-fungal, antiviral and alleviates allergies. It assists in carrying toxins out of the system. This little red pepper increases metabolism, helps fight disease, benefits the circulatory system, blood pressure and prevents heart disease.
Turmeric is a natural antiseptic and antibacterial, it also assists with allergies, the liver and metabolism. 
The property curcumin found in Turmeric boosts and aids many regulations within the body.
Sprinkle each in your favorite dishes.

Extra Virgin Coconut Oil:

An antimicrobial, antioxidant and anti-fungal. It contains Caprylic and Lauric acids that help the body ward off bacterial and viral infections. It assists in maintaining cholesterol levels, increased immunity, proper digestion and metabolism it also aids in thyroid production. Take one TBLSN daily in tea or coffee or by itself. It can also be used as a moisturizer.

Acid vs. Alkaline

“According to the research of Dr. Enderlein, total healing of chronic illness only takes place when and if the blood is restored to a normal, slightly alkaline pH. In case you missed it, let me say it again…

The American diet, is to say the least, overly acidic and completely imbalanced. The rapid rate that heart disease, diabetes, cancer and illness have overcome our nation makes one ponder the effects our foods are having on us. The U.S. is one of the unhealthiest and obese first world countries.
The rise in food commercialism leads to profit over value, leaving us with extremely acid forming and cheaply manufactured foods. These include refined foods and sugars, MSG, fast food, aspartame, trans fats and white breads.

A healthy body is slightly alkaline with the blood measuring approximately 7.4, this level means it’s just slightly more alkaline than acid. Given our culture and diet, many people are not eating enough fresh alkaline vegetables and fatty acids necessary to balance internal PH levels.

Balancing the PH levels heals all parts of the body. It gives the body a chance to restore and aid the cells and systems in a proper manner, leading to more longevity and prevention. It also allows the body to properly assimilate vitamins and nutrients from food sources, naturally giving the body what it needs.

An acidic pH has many factors including an acid forming diet, stress, emotional and mental issues and toxicity from environment. Drugs and food, immune reactions, or any process depriving the cells of oxygen and other nutrients. The body will try to compensate for acidic pH by using alkaline minerals. If the diet does not contain enough minerals to compensate, a build up of acids in the cells will occur.

“There are two factors that are ALWAYS present with cancer no matter what else may be present. Those two factors are acid pH and lack of Oxygen. Can we manipulate those two factors that always have to be present for cancer to develop and by doing so will that help reverse the cancer? If so, we need to learn how to manipulate those two factors.”

Cancer, as stated in Dr. Simoncini’s research is a fungus and correlates to Candida and other acidic, yeast and fungus related issues. Candida and oxygenating are topics I’ll elaborate on in more detail.
For now, a balance of alkalinity with foods and water is the antidote for many of our health related issues in our overly acidic, quick-fix culture.

Like most theories this is up for debate, the other side states that the body naturally regulates PH. Yet, we are in a new era, to say our bodies are naturally able to regulate PH is somewhat controversial given what our environment and food sources now consist of.
With that being said, try out some alkaline antidotes, do an experiment with yourself by balancing your PH to see how you feel.

Is happiness tied into PH levels?

Dr. Young states that thoughts and emotions are the most powerful force to create alkalinity and healing for the body.
Acidity= negative
Alkaline= positive

Negative thoughts are acid forming and positive thoughts are alkaline forming. Mind over matter, thinking positively can alter your PH levels.

To test your PH level you can purchase PH strips at any health food store.

Salivary pH Test: Saliva is more acidic than blood, a good indicator of the state of the body and the fluids. The optimal pH for saliva is 6.4 to 6.8. When you awake, spit before anything is put into the mouth. Two hours after eating, on testing the saliva pH should rise to 7.8 or higher. If not it is indicative of alkaline mineral deficiencies (mainly Calcium and Magnesium).
Taking Magnesium as a supplement can boost alkaline levels.

“Urinary pH Test: The pH of the urine indicates how the body is working to maintain the proper pH of the blood. The urine reveals the alkaline building (anabolic) and acid tearing down (catabolic) cycles. The pH of urine indicates the efforts of the body via the kidneys, adrenals, lungs and gonads to regulate pH through the buffer salts and hormones. Urine can provide a fairly accurate picture of body chemistry, because the kidneys filter out the buffer salts of pH regulation and provide values based on what the body is eliminating. Urine pH can vary from around 4.5 to 9.0 for its extremes, but the ideal range is 5.8 to 6.8.”

Alkalizing remedies

Here are a few water recipes that help me become alkaline quickly. Since alcohol is highly acidic, these are also great hangover remedies.

1/4 tspn or more of aluminum free Baking soda, 1/4 tspn sea salt and 1 Liter of spring or distilled water. Refrain from tap water even filtered, if possible.

Lemons turns alkaline once in the body: 1/2 Lemon or more in 1 Liter of Water
You can also super alkalize with 1/2 lemon and 1/2 tspn baking soda in 1 liter of Water.

Dr. Simoncini states that sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) and water is super alkalizing and healing.

Alkaline/Fluoride Cleanse:

I was skeptical about using Borax (Boron) for the first time when I developed a spot of Rosacea, nothing worked for it until I used a paste I made with Borax. After more thorough research into this naturally occurring compound, I made my first drink with it, adding a pinch in a liter of water. This lead to not only ridding the spot of Rosacea, I also noticed increased clarity of thoughts, more focus and energy.
Be forewarned, when doing a fluoride cleanse the first time you may experience headaches and nausea. Drink this for no longer than 3 days at a time with a few days off in between:

PLEASE BE ADVISED TO DO AT YOUR OWN RISK

1/8 tspn of Borax (20 Mule Team) 1/4 tspn of Baking Soda (aluminum free) and 1/4 tspn of Sea Salt (Iodized preferably) in 1.5 Liters of spring, distilled or ionized water.

Alkaline/ Acidic Foods

The ideal balance is a 70/30 ratio of alkaline foods to acidic foods.
This list is to give you awareness so that an appropriate balance can maximize your health.

Sprouts are extremely alkaline and sprouting vegetables and beans is highly recommended. Eating fermented foods such as Kim Chee, Sauerkraut, Kombucha and the likes help to add healthy flora to the digestive track.

Agriculture and farming are within the evolution of our DNA, most of humanity’s lineage comes from farmers. Many of us have forgotten this fundamentally integral part of our nature.Β We seem to be in a predicament with the foods we are ingesting and distributing in our country.
How heavily we rely on outsourcing for our food supply is one of the contributors of the high price of food and more importantly disease.
We are taking in so many chemicals, due to mass production farming, furthermore the soil that our food is planted on is in many cases nutrient deficient. Not only are we taking in these chemicals, we are also not receiving the proper nutrients for our bodies in order to process these chemicals.
Researchers are finding that aluminum toxicity within our soil is in excess and reducing the availability of other important elements. It is causing our soil to be acidic, acidity is where disease stems from within the body.
We are products of mass marketing and consumerism, faster, quicker, more, more, more. Especially with our food sources. Many are eating processed foods, that have slim to no nutrients in them, eating at places like McDonald’s thinking a chicken sandwich is healthier.
Where is that chicken coming from?
Others are drinking beverages like Diet Coke, thinking “Diet” is somehow healthier, not realizing the disturbing effects that it has on the body.
Aspartame is a poison, do your research on it.

GMO

In Britain, The BMA (equivalent to AMA) called an outright banning of GMO foods, and labeling the same in countries where they still exist, this was due to people standing up to it.
Sadly in this country, we aren’t even informed about it.
Monsanto, the giant behind this movement is and will keep pushing for it to be kept under our noses, without us being informed of the side effects that GMO products are causing.
On a daily basis, by the millions, we are consuming GMO products,
and we are completely oblivious.
In our country, most of our corn and wheat products are genetically modified unless it specifies organic. I think this is one of the main contributors to the rise in gluten and wheat allergies. Genetically modified hybrids are injected with viruses to alter their DNA structure, our bodies way of fighting this is in causing an allergic reaction to these viruses.

Did you know that Monsanto is also the producer of the largest pesticide, Roundup, and that the GMO seeds are designed to withstand and grow under the spraying of Roundup and other Monsanto pesticides.

Do you think that is normal?

More so, do you think that is healthy and something that you want to ingest?

I don’t.

It is now more difficult to find non-GMO seeds, and purchase organic seeds due to Monsanto’s monopoly on the seed market. If there are GMO’s found growing on a non- GMO farmers property…
Guess what?
Huge lawsuit, usually ending where Monsanto states that the farmer has been stealing their patent on that seed, claiming rights over the whole farm. This is happening all over the world, in India it has caused the rate of suicide to rise in the farmer population.

This information has caused me to alter my eating habits, becoming much more conscious of what I buy and consume. I try to be aware of where my food comes from, and how it is processed. I always read labels of what I am purchasing, straying from the more chemically laden foods.
I eat ORGANIC….
Why?
It is not genetically modified and is 80%-300% more nutrient dense, allowing my body to absorb more nutrients, gaining more energy from what I eat, over time leaving me feeling less hungry.
We do not know the long-term effects of ingesting pesticides and herbicides, and I would rather spend the extra money on ensuring I am healthy and feeding my body what it deserves. After all, I only have one, and I want it to be radiant and flourishing for a long time.
We spend millions on the daily with other needless consumptions, why not on what will support us?
The way that I eat has a DIRECT effect on the way that I feel.
In changing my diet, I feel more beautiful, and it stems from within. I think true beauty is a result of how we nurture our temples.
Other than my occasional indulgences, I have cut out sugars, MSG, alcohol, gluten, dairy and most processed foods. I find that when I do eat sugar or wheat, it makes me feel sluggish, fatigued, foggy and irritable. In listening to my body, I have found that it doesn’t like these food sources.
I still have organic vegetarian fed eggs and free-range chicken, but have cut red meats out of my diet. It is important to me to eat free-range chicken as I do not want to ingest the hormones that are pumped into factory-farmed animals. The feed that non free range animals are given, are hormones and our favorite…..GM foods……
Yes this includes McDonalds.

I try to eat as much raw foods as possible, cooking food causes it to lose the electrons, which is a major source of energy for the body. When I eat raw, I feel more clarity, more energy, more vibrantly me.
Also, juicing is an unparalleled form for obtaining nutrients, it leaves me feeling ALIVE.
We are what we eat in every sense.

I worked on an organic farm for a summer in New Mexico, and doing so helped me to acknowledge pertinent information about food and the farming community, information that I may not have gained if it weren’t for the opportunity. (Thank you B and N ; )
It is in my opinion that everyone learn how to grow their own food source or buy local, so as to not rely on a corporation for our most basic of needs. My dream is where every human has access to their own food source, implementing systems and communities of sustainable farming and food forests. Utilizing unused land, rooftops and backyards for this purpose.

Why isn’t that taught in school?

Fluoridated Water

I am addressing some extremely important topics in the next couple of posts. While they are controversial, I feel that physical health is one of the most important components to being healthy. My intention is to pass along the information that has brought me into a healthier place within.
The environmental toxins that we are exposed to are damaging our bodies and weakening our immune system and it is showing up as cancer, obesity, heart disease, candida, Alzheimer’s, depression and other health related dis-eases.
We don’t know the long-term effects of what we are taking in, not just for us, but our future generations as well.
There are DNA studies done, proving that we are the effects of what our grandparents were experiencing biologically, emotionally and culturally.
We are healthy because our past generations were healthier.
If we become more unhealthy what will be the result for our future?

We have our food sources, which I will get into in the next post, then we have our water. In many places, water is fluoridated.Β FlourideΒ claimed as “Beneficial for children’s teeth”
Really?
Many children are now developing white spots on their teeth from fluoride, called dental fluorosis. Fluoride is slowly poisoning and dumbing us down and with propaganda, we are lead to believe the opposite. It is a fact that fluoride is used in many anti-depressants and is a central nervous system toxin.
Uranium hexafluoride was one of the key chemicals in atomic bomb production. Fluoride also has effects on the IQ in children. “Fluoridation clearly jeopardizes our children and must be stopped,” says attorney Paul Beeber, President, NYSCOF. Β “We can actually see how fluoride has damaged children’s teeth with dental fluorosis; but we can’t see the harm it’s doing to their brains and other organs. No U.S. researcher is even looking,”

How can our bodies truly keep up and maintain homeostasis?

With information, proper consumption, detoxing, exercise, self-discipline, positive thinking. Doing what we can to combat the negative effects of our damaging environment.

Again, just like everything, information is key. With any information, we can allow it to empower or disempower us.
